These are some of the greatest potatoes I've ever had! I've made them two years in a row for our office pot luck Thanksgiving and they've been a hit both times. They're so easy; try them out!
Honestly, I have no idea what to call them. Creamy diced potatoes? Cheesy diced potatoes? I don't know! Make up your own name!
You will need:
1 bag of diced hash browns, thawed 1 stick of butter, melted 2 cups of sour cream (a 16 oz. tub) 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese 2 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 1 tsp. salt bread crumbs, to sprinkle
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Thoroughly mix everything together, except for bread crumbs, in a large bowl.
Spread evenly in a 13x9 baking dish and sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Enjoy! :)
